Structure

Investment in Collegiate US Life Settlements is not available to US residents.

Collegiate buys and holds policies for investors directly.  No fractional interests are sold.  Each policy is owned by a specific investor.

Probity controls are in place so that no investor knows the identity of the insured of a policy owned by that investor.  This protects both the insured and investor.

Each year the policies are audited and a certificate issued to the investor confirming that the policy is in force, has no encumbrances and is being held on behalf of the investor.

Collegiate manages the policy, paying and optimizing premiums, and conducting life checks. When maturities occur, Collegiate prepares the claims and collects the maturity proceeds.

The structure is simple, secure and transparent.
